Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Captured using a Canon 20D - Shutter Priority Mode, 1/5 second Shutter Speed, F/5, ISO-400. Phototshop was used to add some purple saturation. Camera was situated on a tripod and used a remote to avoid camera movement. This is my first addition to DeviantArt. Enjoy.
